No heat Ultimately found open flue gas manual reset high limit. Cleared chimney and inspected no serious obstructions. Recommend having a chimney contractor install a liner. Thermostat outdoor temperature input is 93°. Very inaccurate. Left estimate for WiFi thermostat. Will require an equipment interface because only 2 wires are available at wall behind thermostat. Condensate pump and vinyl tubing in very bad condition provided email estimate to replace. Equipment dates to 2010 this is considered beyond replacement age for the heat pump. Recommend consultation for new system. Left emailed estimate for AC+Gas Heat Plan membership. Billed for diagnostic fee and clearing chimney. System operating well at this time
Dan came on an emergency call as furnace was not igniting. no heat ! he was very meticulous to review what could have been, he good parts , clean and he found the issue . amazing !!
Customer had called in and said she has no heat. She says she hears the inducer motor run but doesn’t hear the flame . On arrival I turned the thermostat back on set to heat. The inducer motor starts but I never hear the spark ignition for the burners. I checked inducer draw found good. I pulled the inducer for any restrictions. Inducer was clear, but I did vacuum the inducer housing. I pulled the vacuum tube off the inducer from the pressure switch and cleared out and pulled the pressure switch and checked found some debris in the screen of the pressure switch, I removed the debris. I put everything back together and retested system . The inducer started and the spark ignition initiated a spark and fired off the burners. The furnace is back up and running. I waived the 84.15 diagnostics since I was just here on the 9th. I collected for $144.18 for pressure switch clean out. Paid by cc.
Excellent service
Fully assessed hot water situation. Went around the home with Bob and found out that all the bedrooms on the left side of home and a bathroom downstairs come off of a 75 gallon hot water tank separate from the tank that we installed. Found that after talking to Bob he had turned down the thermostat on that water heater because they were not using that hot water heater. Now since he had turned up the temperature water heater is working properly. The new tank that was installed was up to temperature that’s why the recirculating pump is not running because it only kick on to draw when the temperature drops below a certain point. Water heaters are performing correctly at time of service.
arrived to the customers home to work on their oil fired boiler , It’s 21 years old. I started with inspecting for water leaks, and checked all the copper line joints. I checked the temperature pressure gauge. Did find the oil tank has some leak points on the bottom side of the oil tank. I checked connections and voltages on the boiler and inspected the aqua stat and circulators. I inspected the heat exchanger and cleaned and inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. I made sure the chimney was clear. I replaced the oil filter, the strainer and nozzle . I cleaned and set the electrodes for proper gapping for proper system operation. I bled the oil burner and tested for combustion and checked the return and supply pipes . Everything is working fine with oil fired boiler at this time of service. Found some rust and corrosion on the return lines and highly recommend in replacing the customers oil tank , it’s sits horizontal in the craw space. He would like to schedule a estima

I arrived to the customers home to service there 22 yr old gas furnace 80% system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced, filter size is 16x25x1 . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I inspected the exhaust for restrictions and rust and holes. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. Left a few estimates for the customer to review for 2 thermostat WiFi options. Also showed the customer pricing on new furnace replacement options.
Filter I received does not fit. It says it’s a 20 x 25 x5 but actually a 4 1/2. I took a couple pictures to show the actual filter that we need to order.
Luis and Conner 12-15-25 performed two propane gas heater tune ups. 80% for attic and 90% for first floor. Test system operation and replacement of filters. Check All systems, air delivery, combustion removal and ignition systems. Airflow across heat exchanger ok. Cycle both units. Replace both air filters. During today’s visit I discover some items that will need attention for first floor heater. Unit is from 2016 all parts are showing wear. I did provided estimate for the parts that showed more wear and tear. Customer will decided what they want to do. See estimates. I also noticed water heater expansion tank is hanging with no support bending the water pipes. I also provided estimate to re-pipe and replace expansion tank. I tried to clean condensation pump, still take longer than normal to discharge.. both thermostats are not fully attached to wall. Would recommend getting an estimate to update first floor system. Office to follow up with customer.
Reviewed building to add ac or hp to condition second floor of thr building. Looking to zone the system with left abd right.
I arrived to the customers home to service there 4 yr old gas boiler. I started with inspecting the temperature and pressure gauge. I looked at the boiler for any water leaks around the whole system. I inspected the heat exchanger, the ignition system and the water drainage . I inspected the expansion tank and the water feeder and the circulator for proper operation. I tested for combustion and checked return and supply water temps . Everything is working fine at this time of service. 2 furnace check ups . I arrived to the customers home to service their 9 yr old system and there 3yr old system. I started with checking the air filters and found good, customer replaces his own filters. . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensors and the igniters on both units. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operati
Luis 12-2-25 perform heat pump inspection on a Lennox 3 ton heat pump. Check all electrical connections and components replaced customer supply washable filter test back up heat 15 KW OK check supply and return air temperatures. Check outdoor heat pump, pressures are Lowe than normal. I also noticed when heat pump goes into defrost liquid line pressure dropped around 0 psi. Indicating restriction with indoor txv. Also fan motor was not spinning. After minutes unit came on and started to work properly. I went over visit with customer and explained report. I would recommend replacement of unit before major repairs are needed. She already received estimates from Joe, I told customer office will follow up with customer. (Heavy rain during tune up)

I am always happy with the service. All the technicians are very nice and patient. No cursing. most important for me. Today Barry Peirson came when I called this morning to move the AC unit since I was doing cement work on the base. totally unplanned. came, estimated, did the work.
