Filter I received does not fit. It says it’s a 20 x 25 x5 but actually a 4 1/2. I took a couple pictures to show the actual filter that we need to order.

Luis and Conner 12-15-25 performed two propane gas heater tune ups. 80% for attic and 90% for first floor. Test system operation and replacement of filters. Check All systems, air delivery, combustion removal and ignition systems. Airflow across heat exchanger ok. Cycle both units. Replace both air filters. During today’s visit I discover some items that will need attention for first floor heater. Unit is from 2016 all parts are showing wear. I did provided estimate for the parts that showed more wear and tear. Customer will decided what they want to do. See estimates. I also noticed water heater expansion tank is hanging with no support bending the water pipes. I also provided estimate to re-pipe and replace expansion tank. I tried to clean condensation pump, still take longer than normal to discharge.. both thermostats are not fully attached to wall. Would recommend getting an estimate to update first floor system. Office to follow up with customer.

Reviewed building to add ac or hp to condition second floor of thr building. Looking to zone the system with left abd right.

I arrived to the customers home to service there 4 yr old gas boiler. I started with inspecting the temperature and pressure gauge. I looked at the boiler for any water leaks around the whole system. I inspected the heat exchanger, the ignition system and the water drainage . I inspected the expansion tank and the water feeder and the circulator for proper operation. I tested for combustion and checked return and supply water temps . Everything is working fine at this time of service. 2 furnace check ups . I arrived to the customers home to service their 9 yr old system and there 3yr old system. I started with checking the air filters and found good, customer replaces his own filters. . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensors and the igniters on both units. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operati

Luis 12-2-25 perform heat pump inspection on a Lennox 3 ton heat pump. Check all electrical connections and components replaced customer supply washable filter test back up heat 15 KW OK check supply and return air temperatures. Check outdoor heat pump, pressures are Lowe than normal. I also noticed when heat pump goes into defrost liquid line pressure dropped around 0 psi. Indicating restriction with indoor txv. Also fan motor was not spinning. After minutes unit came on and started to work properly. I went over visit with customer and explained report. I would recommend replacement of unit before major repairs are needed. She already received estimates from Joe, I told customer office will follow up with customer. (Heavy rain during tune up)

Luis 12-2-25 Performed tune up on amana gas, furnace, ran unit and heating mode and tested combustion as well as gas pressures and inspected burners and heat exchanger, all related ignition components were checked and clean and including the hot service igniter and flame sensor blower motor inducer motor and filter was changed. Cycle gas heater ok. Supply and return air temps ok. Low and high stage ok. Water heater is from 2013, expansion tank gas failed. I provided estimate for replacement and repairs. I also emailed estimate for indoor air quality.

Luis 12-2-25 performed gas heat tune up on 2015, American standard 90% condensing heater (100,000 Btu) check thermostat operation check all major components, ignition, air delivery and combustion removal systems. Customer has humidifier I offered to perform service, customer approved service on humidifier, customer also wants us to bring filter next time. We need to put a note on system to bring filter. Humidifier is in bad shape Thera are tons of water signs leaking all over the place. I can’t fully clean humidifier parts this is making very Inefficient. I would recommend upgrading humidifier. (Currently is working but not as affective). During safety inspection on heater I discover major crack on heat exchanger, I took photos of crack. Heater is not operating safely under this condition. I informed customer about severity of this issue. I provided estimate for repairs, I also provide other repairs options since unit is 10 years,

Estimate

Performed precision heat tune up on dynatherm oil boiler. Checked all electrical connections and components. When I went to remove 1/4” oil line from nozzle assembly found that previous technician stripped out the threads. Found after looking online that this nozzle assembly was discontinued. Replaced Rf1 oil filter. Vacuumed soot from heat exchanger. Homeowner would like a price on a replacement burner and replacement boiler. Highly recommend replacing oil boiler it is from 1990. Set up appointment to have someone come out to give a replacement quote. Also our warehouse guy to look up cost on replacement burner.

Performed precision heat tune up on high efficiency amana gas furnace. 20x25x5 air filter is ok( homeowner replaces himself). Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Performed combustion test. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked resistance of hsi. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.
