Installed new Trane air handler. Placed unit in new auxiliary drain pan. Reconnected supply and return plenums. Installed new Ez-trap and wet switch. Adapted to existing condensate. Piped in and brazed in coil. Installed new trane-link thermostat. Installed new Trane heat pump. Leveled ground and placed new concrete pad. Placed unit on new heat pump feet. Ran new lineset and piped in unit. Brazed in unit and pressure tested and than placed on vacuum. Installed new linehide and ran new pvc outside in linehide. Installed new rectorseal with voltage monitor. Charged system and cracked ports. Preformed all test out procedures.

Completed AC tune up for 3 Ton Bosch inverter Heat pump system, Replaced 18x20x1 filter Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; clears EZ trap, tested pump; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. Discussed and left email estimate for APCOX whole home or treatment system. AC system operating well at this time. Homeowner is interested in having our home performance team seal the rim joists and install new fiberglass batts in rim joists. They had mold remediation done last autumn and during that process the batts were taken out. I took as many photos as possible of basement. He is going to add an addition to the house and on the process re do the roof so he is not concerned with tic seeing or insulation right now. He said his availability for consultation is open. Performed 6 month inspection on Bosch heat pump system. Replaced aprilaire 413 air filter provided by homeowner. Checked all electrical connections and components. Cleaned out ez trap. Checked all readings at control board. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. A/c is working properly at time of service.

Luis 7-29-25 customer called in for no cooling, oil heater with 4 ton ac unit from 2002. Check operation found blower running but no outdoor. Found no power to unit, found burnt high voltage wires. Found bad capacitors for compressor and fan motor. Called customer and explained what’s goin on with unit. Unit is from 2002 would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. Customer decided to go with repairs for now. After replacing both capacitors and fixing wiring new wire connections, test operation check refrigerant levels ok system is cooling again. Perform AC tuneup on a 5 ton ICP unit from 2010. Customer stated that second floor it’s colder by like 10° check system operation. Upon arrival. I noticed system is zone two dampers one is applying air to the first floor and the other one supplying air to the second floor. Both of the dampers are not working properly one of them. It’s completely closed off to the first floor second floor It’s not operating and it’s constantly open. I could not check indoor coil due to uncase coil. Air filter is electronic style no longer working. Check electrical components low and high inspect drain check supply and return air temps. Blower motor and cap ok at this time. I can see some water from ac coil leaking into heat exchanger. I went outside and checked condenser unit. Capacitor and contactor showing major rust, Super boost is very hot at touch. Check amps draw and voltage. Cycle ac unit. Provided estimate for repairs and recommendations. Would recommend getting an estimate to replace system. O
