Installed new Trane furnace. Adapted to supply and return. Adapted to existing gas line and vents. Installed blower surge protector, EZ trap and a condensate pump with vinyl. Installed Trane Link thermostat and relay panel. Installed new 2 ton Trane heat pump on 4” snow legs and pad. Installed rectorseal power monitoring disconnect. Replaced lineset. Cleaned work area and tested out all operations. Adjust refrigerant pressures in spring.

Wired unit conventional as we did not have correct parts for install. Installed new 3 ton Trane heat pump on 4” snow legs and pad. Installed rectorseal power monitoring disconnect. Replaced lineset. Cleaned work area and tested all operations, adjust charge as needed when unit is fully working.

Fully assessed no heating situation. Found thermostat in fan on position when I arrived with variable speed blower motor not running. Found 24 v between c&g and 247 volts going to motor with call from circuit board but blower motor is shot. Gave heat pump a call for heat , outdoor heat pump came on and was running in heat mode. Heat pump system is from 2010 would highly recommended replacement heat pump system. Talked to Maurice he said he would like the repair quoted and replacement quoted. Need to set up appointment to have someone come out to give replacement quote. System is down.

Completed heat tune up for natural gas furnace. Replaced Aprilaire 213 filter provided by homeowner Replace. Aprilaire 35 water panel provided by homeowner. They had allowed tank to run empty before ordering oil. I believe oil tank gauge is not working. We will provide estimate to replace. Tank is also very old. When I arrived there was a soft lockout on the primary control. Offered oil Heat plan and to prime and start heater. Had to go through 3 prime cycles purging to get all the waste (gunk and water) out of oil line. She agreed to plan after I made recommendations to replace the oil filter and strainer. She agreed to plan+diagnostic+prime and start oil burner. I replaced the RF1 filter and pump strainer today which is part of tune up. The tech who does the tune up will not have to replace RF1 oil filter or strainer. The oil filter canister body is very old and has some corrosion on bottom. Left estimate to replace. EX 30 expansion tank has failed provided estimate to replace. Also provided estimate to install a 1” propress ball valve just down stream of air scoop to be able to isolate supply side of hydronic piping along with

These are not stainless burners. Upon closer inspection Amana shippped us wrong grade of burners when we did repair n February 2024. Michael mentioned that he heard a few misfires of the system this year. We will schedule return to install stainless steel burners under Dibiase guarantee. No heat: Tripped wet switch The cause of water in auxiliary pan is the water heater temperature+pressure valve. The water heater T+P valve is piped to the furnace auxiliary pan. Water heater T+P valve opened and enough water made it into pan tocause the wet switch for HVAC to trip/open thereby shutting system down. Water pressure is 80 psi slightly over recommended pressure for domestic water (45-75 psi) there is no pressure reducing valve in the house that I can find. There is also no expansion tank. Provided estimates for both St5 expansion tank and domestic water pressure reducing valve. *Note PEX to propress fittings will be needed to install the expansion tank. It is tight but tank can be installed vertically close to water heater and a strap can be used as there is plywood for anchoring water heater. See Also provided estimate for exhaust drain kit to divert furnace exhaust condensate/water to the 3/4” drain. There was a minuscule amount of water under the inducer motor. (

10/31/25 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. I also completed a tankless flush for the tankless water heater and collected equipment info.

I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. The customer has a 700 humidifier on her return side. We are going to remove the 700 and replace it with a 600 bypassing humidifier with the automatic humidistat control so she can control her fan blow activation. Photos are in the work order I collected 50% for the humidifier install collect balance when completed.

He could get rid of electronic air cleaner cells and use 16x20x4 Replace Aprilaire 413 filter from truck stock.
