7/4/26 Dan I arrived for a no Cooling call on a Lennox 5 yr old system. I started with inspecting the indoor unit. I confirmed that the filter was ok, made sure the blower motor runs , and that the indoor coil was free of ice or debri. I went to the outdoor unit and found the capacitor has failed , 45/5 mfd. The customer approved the replacement of the capacitor and also signed up for a contract for 189.00 . I replaced the capacitor and turn the system back on to test operation. Everything is back up and running at this time. Please follow up with the customer to schedule his first check up. I collected for $598.13 paid by cc.

6/30/26 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 5 yr old Amana a/c system . I checked the wiring connections and the voltages . I checked and found the indoor air filteris good, the filter size is 213 AA. I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan and cleared and tested the water drains and traps if applicable. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. System in good operating condition at this time.
6/26/26 fully assessed water leaking situation. After further investigation found that the thermopaning above the system was wet. The water was coming from above the system. Found the washing machine was above this area. Homeowner ran washing machine as I performed tune up. Found when the washing machine drained the water started leaking thru the floor. Customer is going to call a plumber to repair. Also performed tune up on 2023 amana a/c replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Tested outdoor capacitor. Found no surge protection on x-13 blower motor at furnace, recommend installing. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c is working properly at time of service.

I came to DiBiase on multiple recommendations for this company as still being an honest company to deal with. My previous contract was with another company and I asked DiBiase for a second opinion. They quickly assessed my situation, spent time educating me on the exact issue and informing me of my options. I felt far better equipped to make a decision after my visit from Kurt. They quoted a better price, a better timeline to do the same work. Melissa communicated consistently through the process and kept me up to date with the status of the required part. The repair was done cleanly and with professionalism. I cannot recommend the team enough based on not only my experience but my comparative experience dealing with 2 other companies in the area.

We truly appreciate your recommendation!
First time customer referred by a friend at work. Called DiBiase Heating and Cooling at 8am to help me get my furnace back working properly on a cold December day. They sent me emails and text messages to communicate flawlessly. The technician Dan texted me prior to arriving 2 hours earlier than expected and quickly diagnosed the problem. Dan is easy to understand and serviced our furnace at a very fair price! Definitely would use DiBiase again.
