Performed precision heat tune up on Goodman gas furnace. 16x25x1 air filter is ok. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked resistance of hot surface igniter. Found gas valve is getting some rust along with gas piping below it. Provided estimate to install inline drain assembly for intake. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service. Customer decided to go with repair. Need to return with inline drain assembly and vinyl tubing to complete repair.

10/20/25 Dan I arrived to the customers home to service their 8 month old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the filter size is 16x25x1. I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. I gave the customer two estimates for a water heater replacement. Left an estimate for an air purification system apco x . The customers will review their estimates.

10-14-25 Luis return visit to install air gap for water softener system. Cut stand pipe so air gap is on the highest point. Once repair was done test water system two times on no water was splashing. Did not had extra time to complete hvac tune up.

arrived to the customers home to work on their oil fired boiler , It’s 18 years old. I started with inspecting for water leaks, and checked all the copper line joints. I checked the temperature pressure gauge. I checked connections and voltages on the boiler and inspected the aqua stat and circulators. I inspected the heat exchanger and cleaned and inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. I made sure the chimney was clear. I replaced the oil filter, the strainer and nozzle . I cleaned and set the electrodes for proper gapping for proper system operation. I bled the oil burner and tested for combustion and checked the return and supply pipes . Everything is working fine with oil fired boiler at this time of service.

Luis 10-9-25 customer called in for no heat. Nothing is running thermostats calling for heat, but no hot air coming out of the vents on arrival found wet switch tripped reset switch and test system. system came on and started providing heat. I did check the drain found drain had a blockage we tried to look for termination of drain line we could not see where it goes (we can only hear drilling behind washer and dryer station on first floor.) I provided estimate to clear drain for now. Customer approved repairs after flushing with water and nitrogen test drain system and I could hear system draining cannot physically see but I could hear draining. Cycle heater ok. I did provide some accommodations with water protection, especially since the system is on second level of the house tankless water heater does not have any water sensor underneath it. Water heater does not have expansion tank. Office to follow up with customer.

I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. I did leave a few estimates for a blower motor protection, and for a water protection wet switch for the external pan. He does have a secondary drain piped in for the pan.

Removed coupling and brushed out a little more debris from the y in the pipe. Attempted to run the softener in regen mode and found draining now but style of air gap and due to height was causing splashing. Put tubing into standpipe for now as a temporary measure. Tested through regeneratiin. Need to come back with other style air gap that is a 90 configuration. Installing new air gap should not take more than 20 minutes. Recommend auto water shutoff valve and leak sensor under drain trap to shut off water supply if the drain ever gets blocked in the future. Estimate provided.

Reviewed home and determined best solutions to heat and cool. The main basement area period ductless options will be presented along with a ducted option after low calculations are performed.

Releveled outdoor unit. Painted ductwork with mastic outside over tape joints. Caulked around disconnect. Relocated drain to customers preference.
