Used original tubing as a pull for new tubing, Ran new from condensate pump to the plumbing standpipe accessible from closet. Tested pump several times. 7/20/26. Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found some ice on evaporator coil when I arrived and a/c was running but nothing blower motor. Gas furnace is a 2022 amana gas furnace. Took off panels and put back on and blower motor came on, may have locked out from recent storms. After getting system running found 115v condensation pump running and running pump is shot. Tried to get in contact with homeowner via phone call. Our office was able to get a hold of the oked condensation pump replacement. Replaced and tested operation. Checked 410a refrigerant pressures they were 320/119 with 11 subcooling. System is 11 years old and would start to consider replacement. A/c is working at time of service.

I checked and found the indoor air filter is ok , the customer replaces . I Inspected the indoor coil and tested the primary drain pan with water and flushed the drain line and cleared. I Took indoor temp splits at the return and the supply and checked the blower motor condition and operation. I looked at the outdoor unit wiring connections and voltages . I inspected the outdoor components and checked my unit pressures by using super heat sub cool method. The system is currently operational but past normal life expectancy. Replacement of system is recommended in the near future. I came to DiBiase on multiple recommendations for this company as still being an honest company to deal with. My previous contract was with another company and I asked DiBiase for a second opinion. They quickly assessed my situation, spent time educating me on the exact issue and informing me of my options. I felt far better equipped to make a decision after my visit from Kurt. They quoted a better price, a better timeline to do the same work. Melissa communicated consistently through the process and kept me up to date with the status of the required part. The repair was done cleanly and with professionalism. I cannot recommend the team enough based on not only my experience but my comparative experience dealing with 2 other companies in the area.
