Replaced humidifier 700 feed tube , found kinked on arrival. We were just here for a heater maintenance recently. Recall ok per office to warranty the feed tube .

Found failed expansion tank. The temperature and pressure valve is dry and is no longer leaking Leak has not gotten worse since Kim texted me last night. Which means it is likely the temperature and pressure valve burped as a result of failed expansion tank. However given age of tank a small tank leak could be present. There is also corrosion and water marks around lower element. The house water pressure is just slightly high about 75-78 psi. which is on the high side of acceptable range. (45-75 psi). Provided estimate for pressure reducing valve. Provided estimates. 1. minimal repair: Replace expansion tank under 5-year parts only warranty. 2. Recommended repairs: Replace expansion tank+ corroded section of cold water piping+ install pressure reducing valve. 3. Ideal and comprehensive solution install new water heater AND pressure reducing valve. Water heater is from 10/2015. Recommend replacing water heater and installing pressure reducing valve. I arrived to the customers home to work on their oil fired boiler , It’s +10 years . I started with inspecting for water leaks, and checked all the copper line joints. I checked the temperature pressure gauge. ( gauge isn’t working but the aqua stat controller is. ) I checked connections and voltages on the boiler and inspected the aqua stat and circulators. I inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. I made sure the chimney was clear with a draft test. I replaced the oil filter, the strainer and nozzle . I cleaned and set the electrodes for proper gapping for proper system operation. I bled the oil burner and tested for combustion and checked the return and supply pipes . Everything is working fine with oil fired boiler at this time of service. Did leave estimates for the customers to review for (3) #67 air vents , new analog gauge , and drain and refill charge.

I arrived to the customers home for a recall on a water leak. Found collector box is cracked on the left side near the external trap. And I had a small leak on the right side were it’s capped and not being used. . did use some caulk to slow the bleeding, but he’s going to need a new collector box and a new external trap . I gave the customer a ruff estimate for the collector box and the external trap in estimates . I did also give him instant quotes for his gas furnace and full system replacement. It has a lot of surface rust , it’s been leaking for a long time. No charge for today’s visit.

Luis 12-5-25 customer called in for no heat, air nor blowing on vents. Check all vents ok inspect air filter and air delivery system. System is zone into two thermostats first floor and second floor. First floor and basement are in series with two dampers. And third damper is for second floor located near return grill in first floor. Found one of the first floor damper closed would not open and also filter causing Hugh static, barometric bypassed damper is not working properly. After manually open damper and changing filter. Unit came in normal. I did perform tune up during same visit. Went trough all ignition system, air delivery and combustion removal system ok. Performed combustion test check supply and return air temps ok. I provided estimate for repairs. Customer does not have any water protection. Emailed estimate for repairs and water protection customer signed up for service plan gas heat and ac. First visit under plan.

Performed precision heat tune up on amana gas furnace. Aprilaire 501 air filter is ok. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Found 115v condensation pump is starting to fail running a very long run cycle. Provided estimate to replace pump. Checked gas pressure. Checked resistance of hsi. Replaced #35 humidifier pad with one homeowner provided, let him know that because we are not doing a full service we can’t guarantee it won’t leak. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Performed precision heat pump tune up amana heat pump system. Replaced aprilaire 413 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Brushed out ez trap. Found older style ecobee is starting to go bad, provided estimate. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Heat pump system is working properly at time of service.

I arrived to the customers home to service their 4 yr old gas furnace system. I started with checking the air filter and replaced , the customer supplies the air filters. . I checked all my electrical connections and voltages. I inspected and tested the burners , flame sensor and the igniter. I water tested all tubing and hoses. I inspected the exhaust and fresh air pipe for restrictions and bellies. I inspected the inducer and the blower motor operation. I checked and tested for combustion and took temp rise splits at the return and the supply. Everything is running fine at this time of service. Collected for 189.00 renewal

Completed heat tune up for oil boiler. Cleaned heat exchanger and inspected flue piping and chimney. Good amount of soot. There was quite a bit of dirt and dryer lint around burner air band which is the likely cause of boiler sooting.n Replaced oil filter, strainer with gasket and nozzle. Strainer and filter were very dirty Inspected electrode condition and alignment, transformer, cad cell eye, and air bands for debris. Air n bands were dirty Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components Combustion, smoke and draft tests: Pass Oil tank is 45 years old, beginning to break down internally. It is a buried tank. Would need a separate consultation to give price. Section of smoke pipe rusted through. Offered to replace. Replaced all smoke pipe except the length off breech of burner. Completed work today. Oil furnace. operating well at this time. I showed her how to keep an eye on the oil burner air bands and to keep them clean of lint and dirt. Invoice paid today.
