Performed precision heat tune up on (2) 2022 amana gas furnaces. Replaced (1) 16x25x1, and (1) Aprilaire 413. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked temperature rise. Checked gas pressures. Cleaned flame sensors. Blew out tubing. Performed combustion test. Both furnaces are working properly at time of service. Replace high efficiency air filters

Luis 1-12-26 performed oil boiler cleaning in peerless boiler about 15 years old. Cycle boiler before tune up, I noticed limit is set to 200f I did not move limit. Customer will take care of this setting. Clean heat exchanger and flue pipe. Inspect chimney base ok. Replace oil filter, and nozzle. Clean nozzle head and electrodes ok. Performed combustion test and smoke test ok. Cycle boiler check water pressure and temp ok. I noticed water pressure relief valve is very hard to turn lever. Provided estimate to replace prv.

Luis 1-9-26 performed gas heat tune up on 2010 propane Goodman heater, check all systems within the heater, ignition, air delivery and combustion removal. All parts are showing major wear. Inspect heat exchanger is showing overheating, took pictures of heater condition, performed combustion test, oxygen levels are higher than normal. Indicating heat exchanger is having difficulties burning, this is common on older heaters. I did provided estimate for recommendations, customer has couple options from small repairs to rebuild heater 100%. I would recommend getting an estimate to upgrade system.

Created and emailed estimates for oil boiler replacement with domestic coil and oil boiler replacement with seperate electric water heater. Also sent estimate for domestic coil replacement.

arrived to the customers home to work on their oil fired boiler , It’s 15 years old. I started with inspecting for water leaks, and checked all the copper line joints. I found some heavy corrosion on the winter summer coil on the boiler. I checked the temperature pressure gauge. I checked connections and voltages on the boiler and inspected the aqua stat and circulators. I inspected the heat exchanger and cleaned and inspected the flue pipe for corrosion and holes. I made sure the chimney was clear. The oil filter, the strainer were just replaced . , I replaced the nozzle , and cleaned and set the electrodes for proper gapping for proper system operation. I bled the oil burner and tested for combustion and checked the return and supply pipes . Everything is working fine with oil fired boiler at this time of service. I left an estimate for a new water feeder 1/2” and sent over an acquisition form for a price on a winter summer new coil for the boiler . Also recommended in having an

Luis 1–5-26 performed gas heat tune up on two gas heaters. Both located in basement, check air filters ok. Change customer supplied humidifier pads. Check all electrical connections and components low and high. Check ignition air delivery and combustion removal systems ok. Cycle both heaters ok. Provided estimate to add while house air purification systems.

Found failed inducer motor at first floor furnace. Took apart and found squirrel cage rotor to be to be scraping inside housing. Repairs would be $1620.93 The system is 20 years old. AC struggles to keep even 78° on first floor in summer. Recommended she set up consultation for new system. Left furnace switch off Set up consultation for new system tomorrow 10AM

Immediate service to Generalaire humidifier system by removing and deep cleaning distribution tray to remove calcium build up that may lead to water restrictions, flush and clean drain line and condensate pump, replace appropriate rated water panel, and test operations. Set up for winter and instruct client on usage. I arrived to bring the right general air humidifier pad for the humidifier. I removed the cover and the frame insert added the water panel in the frame and put back into the humidifier body and tested . The humidifier is working fine at this time of service collected $80.75 for new water panel service.
