Perform precision AC tuneup on carrier heat pump system. Replaced aprilaire 213 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Check temperature split. Flushed condensate drain. Talked to customer about solutions for their system for air quality, service protection and water protection. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. AC is working fine at time of service.

Straighten metal flat side of ductwork fitting. Patch current grill opening. Seal fitting seams with metal tape. Install new 12x8 supply grill with adjustable bars. Also insulate exposed ductwork in garage. 7 in supply round and stack rectangular Duct. All work to be performed on garage side.

Customer called in for noise cooling, indoor fan runs but no outdoor test system operation upon arrival found defective capacitor and super boost. Provided estimate for repairs, minimum repair to preventative measures. Customer decided to go with premium estimates 80% system rebuild on outdoor electrical components, new fan motor, heavy duty capacitor, electronic contactor, new super boost and installation of surge protector. • Immediate repair of current standard capacitor with heavy duty capacitor that features rust-free brass connections, reduces more heat to eliminate stress, and 5 year part warranty • Preventative repair of voltage delivery system with heavy duty upgraded device to allow proper power to engage outdoor motors while preventing issues from voltage drops (brown outs), preventing insect interferences and include 5 year part warranty. • Preventative repair of heat rejection system with new fan motor to prevent breakdowns due to heat stress and normal wear and tear

Customer called for having issues with filter removed filter and install new 16 x 25 by one air filter, provided estimate to upgrade to air cleaner with UV light customer approved estimate and paid 100% for repairs. Replace high efficiency media filter to protect air quality of home and protect longevity of hvac equipment by maintaining airflow and preventing microbial organisms from entering • Install Professional Grade Ultraviolet Air Purification System to actively clean and eliminate airborne contamination throughout the home for “breathe-easy” quality air as well as protecting hvac equipment from harmful VOCs and microbial growth

Perform AC tuneup on a Goodman 3 1/2 ton air-conditioning unit check electrical connections and components low and high voltage replacement of a standard air filter flush drain check drain trap. Check supply and return air temps. Check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures and levels ok capacitor and contactor ok. Noticed outdoor unit is not level. Provided estimate to level unit, drain line was about 50 restricted after cleaning drain was good. Provided estimate to install drain trap. Emailed estimate for recommendations.

Completed AC tune up for 3.5 Ton Goodman AC system 16x25x1 filter ok Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; there are no water safeties. Left separate estimates for (1) wet switch which will shut equipment down if water is detected in auxiliary pan and (2) Overfill pan safety which will shut equipment down if water gets back s up too far on pan as result of a clog. Very important especially considering equipment is on second floor. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. Homeowner renewed plan membership .

Completed quality assurance for full system install 120,000 BTU furnace with 5 ton AC. Went through filter change with homeowner. And how to source filters. Inspected install: mechanical, wiring, gas, vent, refrigerant and drain piping. Ductwork connections and adaptations, etc. checked fan speeds in heating and cooling. F09 for cooling , F01 W1; F02 W2.. Measured temperature split and static pressure in cooling Verified refrigerant charge. 14.5° SH; 10° SC Perfect. Install passes QA inspection. *First time since I’ve worked at Dibiase that the installers marked the blower performance chart page and their chosen fan speeds. And they were the correct fan speeds. Excellent.

Completed AC tune up for 2 Ton Amana AC system Replaced Aprilaire 413 filter Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protector for outdoor unit, Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected drains; cleared EZ trap, flushed drain, added treatment tabs to drain pan. Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. AC system operating well at this time. There is a gas leak at the meter. Brought this to her attention. She will call PECO. She paid for invoice today. Plan renewal and filter replacement.

Checked the AC side of the system on a 5 yr old system. Checked the air filter and found good . The customer will replace next month. Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower motor condition and inspected the blower amps . Went to the outdoor unit and inspected the wiring connections and the components . Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.
Had some minor issues with newly installed HVAC system. They followed up quickly , and Nathan was knowledgeable, professional and customer focused.
Arrived on time to service an AC unit that is 20 years old. No slick sales tactics. Discussed some items that will need to be replaced this winter. I appreciate DiBiase because they are reliable and trustworthy
