Installed new hp ah, zoned the house 1st and 2nd floor added a additional stat and 2 sensors, installed dampers and ran new 8in return up to 2nd floor, tested each zone individually everything working properly 2 supplies on 2nd floor front bedrooms will get air regardless of which zone calls they are located Right off of supply plenum only way to fix that issue would be to relocate the runs further down the trunk line after zone 1 damper customer is fine how they are as of now Didn’t collect any payment he’s on payment plan
Luis 6-24-26 Repair low voltage wire. Cut low voltage wire and replace about 4 feet of thermostat wire, secure connections whir electrical tape. Test system operation ok.

Completed (2) AC tune ups for heat pump systems, Master Bedroom system installed 12/9/21 Heat pump/propane furnace hybrid Main system (thermostat in living room) Installed 1/11/23; Heat pump/propane furnace hybrid Replaced (2) 16x25x1 filters For each system: -Indoor and outdoor coils in good condition -Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left estimates for surge protectors -Measured temperature split and static pressure -Inspected drains; cleared EZ trap, tested pump; added treatment tabs to drain pan. Left email estimate for wet switch for each system. Wet switch is an additional water safety that will shut equipment down if water is detected near indoor equipment -Checked integrity of compressor motor (mega ohm test) Pass -Assessed refrigerant charge checked pressures. Good Provided estimates as in the past to upgrade propane furnace burners to stainless steel, AC systems operating well at this time.
6/17/26. Fully assessed Goodman 2 zone a/c system. Talked to Maria about what she was experiencing. She described that the 1st floor nest was not calling for cooling yet she could feel cold air blowing on her and the outside unit was running. After checking over the system and what she described, determined that all it was it was the 2nd floor zone was calling for cooling which it was supposed to be running and the cold air was being blown down from 2nd floor vent from the loft area, explained to Maria how the zone system works. System is cooling correctly. Tested out system. Checked temperature split it was 24 degrees. Also talked to her about the importance of a water safety for the system and provided an estimate to add a wet switch. A/c is working properly at time of service.
Luis 6-16-26 Performed ac inspection on attic central ac system and Mitsubishi mini spit for office area. Attic system is Bryant from 2014, washable filter (cleaned during today’s visit). Flush drain inspect coils and blower. No surge protection. No drain protection, unit does not have electrical switch. I provided estimate to add these safeties. Check supply and return air temp ok check outdoor unit electrical and refrigerant system. Line set insulation is missing on suction pipe. There some section of low voltage working that is exposed, outdoor level is not level anymore and it is shifting in the front. Outdoor unit is inverted system and does not have surge protection, i included surge protection on estimates. Outdoor unit is from 2020 but indoor from 2014 System currently operational but at end of normal life expectancy. Due to age and likelihood of issues moving forward, replacement of system is recommended Mitsubishi ductless unit. Clean filter, clean coil components and flus
