R410a refrigerant pressures were 380/132 with 7.4 subcooling. System is working properly at time of service.

Performed precision a/c tune up on (3) heat pump systems. Replaced aprilaire 413 air filter and 313. Homeowner just replaced air filter for addition heat pump system. I arrived for no cooling call on a heat pump. The customer had an error code on the thermostat error number 32. This is an issue for an outdoor board overheating. We will need to address the board and order some hardware. I did at this time reset the system so the customer will have cooling . Fully assessed no cooling situation. Found dibiase installed system on April 13, 2025. Gave system a call for cooling. Found outside unit not running. Found 20 amp breaker tripped. Reset breaker and tested operation. Compressor was drawling 6.5 amps very normal . Data plate on heat pump is 23 minimum with 30 maximum. Old circuit in the home is 12-2 wire. Gave homeowner a discounted estimate to run approximately 60 feet 10-2 wire and new 30 amp breaker. System homeowner is going to see how it works for now.

Performed precision a/c tune up on 2007 Lennox a/c and 2009 Mitsubishi mini split. Aprilaire 201 filter was just replaced by homeowner. We washed mini split air filters and wiped down casing of mini split. Blower wheel is full bacterial growth, provided estimate to clean blower wheel. Also took photos of linset insulation and birds nest need removed, brought 24’ extension ladder will need 28 ft extension ladder to do the job. Also found contactor and capacitor worn, provided estimate. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Lennox system is definitely at the point of replacement. Both a/cs are working at time of service.

Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

Explained to homeowner that the system has a bad refrigerant leak. Added 3 lbs of refrigerant for now to try to keep it going for short term. Refrigerant pressures are 266/121 with 21 degrees temperature . Recommend replacing geothermal system. Need to set up appointment to have someone come out to give a replacement estimate.

No cooling for 3 Ton Mitsubishi Minisplit system with 4 indoor heads. Found that one of the unit had to be set to opposite mode from the others. All remotes must be set to the same mode (Heat or Cool) for operation. Explained this to them. Cleaned washable filters Each indoor head has condensate pump. Heat pump installed inside the warehouse. Performed a QA on a heat pump system. Took photos of the equipment and looked at the overall install of the indoor unit and the outdoor heat pump. Looked at the wiring connections and the voltages. Inspected the drain lines and tested the condensation pump. Inspected the air filter. Looked at temp splits for the system . Outside unit checked the disconnect and the outdoor unit level and made sure all connections are sealed and wiring was completed in a neatly fashion. Refrigerant Charge was good and checked compressor and fan amp draws. New equipment is working fine at this time of service

For the past five years we have been trying to figure out why our heat pump and oil furnace backup is not synching properly. We have had many technicians from at least 3 different companies (including the one that sold us the heat pump!) come out to try to fix it. The team at DiBiase was the first to figure out that the thermostat was the issue. From the communication with the office staff, to the technicians who came out, this was a great experience for us.
