There are not enough conductors between the crawl space air handler and the first floor (foyer) thermostat. 5 conductors with the blue being used as Rh for the radiant heat. The Ecobee thermostat homeowner has does not have separate Rc and Rh terminals that are required for a Cooling/Radiant Heat configuration. I ran 18/10 wire between existing thermostat (Honeywell T6) and crawlspace air handler. Wired grey to R (which is Rh), red to Rc, green to G, Yellow to Y Blue to C ( common). He is going to see if he can buy an Ecobee that is compatible with this set up. I told him I’m almost 100% sure they don’t sell to homeowners. There is an Ecobee for Pro on the second floor that I believe we installed for previous homeowners. Also dried pan. Installed EZ trap. There was a clog in drain line. Reinstalled original thermostat. There are now enough wires for smart thermostat if he is interested. Left estimate for Ecobee pro. Encouraged him to invest in plan memberships.

Upon arrival I cycled system in cooling and proceeded to outdoor unit. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Checked electrical connections and components on outdoor unit. Inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. Checked static pressure and temperature differentials. System is operating appropriately at this time.

Performed precision a/c tune up on amana a/c system. Replaced 20x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical connections and components. Cleaned out ez trap. Inspected evaporator coil. Excellent experience with Kurt. We called DiBiase for an evaluation of our pre-existing flexible duct work, and he offered cost effective better flow solutions. He took the extra time to discuss future Propane Hotwater we inquired about.

Very friendly and knowledgeable!
Prompt and professional service. However, I expected the team to thoroughly inspect the very first time and suggest all replacements in one go, not in a piece meal basis. Rated based on previous visits. Happy with current visit.
Excellent service by very experienced and friendly team.
