Luis 4-21-26 performed ac tune up on 2.5 Amana ac system, check all electrical components, air delivery blower. Test drain and check pump ok. System has no water sensor, Check supply air temperature and return. Check outdoor coils, check compressor and fan motor voltage and amps ok. Check refrigerant pressures and levels ok. Replacement of filter. Cycle ac unit ok. I noticed filter gets dirty faster now. I would highly recommend looking into pure airx cleaner. Provided estimate for recommendations,

Completed both heat and AC tune up. Replaced 16x20x1 air filter Gas furnace tune up (furnace was installed 2/13/23 by Dibiase) Completed heat tune up for 60,000 BTU propane furnace. Luis 3-31-26 performed ac tune up on 2 ton Goodman ac unit from 2019. Check system operation, test indoor and outdoor units, all electrical low and high ok. Customer just change filter, test drain and pump ok check airflow supply and return air ok. Check outdoor unit refrigerant levels ok capacitor and contactor, found capacitor reading below standards, drain trap was partly clogged, I talked to customer about todays visit, and provided estimate for recommendations customer approved repairs. Add drain protection on ac coil Installation of uv light for hvac unit Replacement of capacitor for outdoor compressor 45/5 cap. Test system operation after repairs ok.

-Arrived on site and spoke with customer -Located AH in attic and proceeded with maintenance -Tested system in cooling mode and verified drain was flowing -Verified amperage and voltage on components -Noticed bacteria growth inside AH and brought it to the customers attention -Recommended an air scrubber and explained the reasoning why it would be beneficial for the system -Customer wants to move forward with the air scrubber/part needs to be ordered -System is operable and maintaining temperature

3/10/26 Dan I Arrived to the customers home for a heat pump check up on a 6 yr old Lennox heat pump system . I checked all electrical connections and voltages. I checked the air filter and replaced, filter size is 20x25x5, supplied by the customer.) Inspected the indoor coil and tested electric heat package. Took temp splits for the electric heat and blower motor amperage draws. I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service. Few recommendations: 1- surge protection for the outdoor heat pump at the disconnect . This will help prevent damage to the equipment. She already has a panel protection. 2- dual capacitor for the outdoor heat pump (45mfd) it’s still within range but is on the lower end of the range should be replaced in the near future .

Luis 2-26-26 performed oil heater tune up, Arcoaire oil heater from 2004. Clean flue pipe, replace filter, inspect electrical components, replace oil filter, nozzle and strainer. Performed combustion test ok smoke and draft ok. Customer is aware system age, would recommend start thinking on replacement soon.

Luis 2-26-26 performed propane gas heater Bryant 90% from 2017, check all electrical connections low and high, replace air filter 213 and service humidifier, clean and inspect ignition system, air delivery and combustion removal, I noticed ignition system parts are showing major wear, combustion removal motor makes noise, combustion test ok. Cycle heater ok I provided estimate for repairs and recommendations. Customer has an issue with gas valve about 1.5 years ago. I also performed heat inspection on Mr cool single head mini split, check indoor coils and electrical ok clean filters, check air flow ok good temperature rise. Check outdoor unit electrical voltage and amp draw ok. Check refrigerant lines temperature ok. Unit does not have surge protection, I emailed estimate to add surge protection to mini split. Customer signed up for service plan on mini split

I looked at the outdoor heat pump and tested for an outdoor btu output. Inspected the outdoor components and unit pressures. Everything is working fine at this time of service. I collected for $89.00 one time heat check up . I did leave a few electric water heater options for the customer to review.
