Checked the AC side of the systems for the 2nd floor unit and the main house unit. Checked all the air filters and found good. Checked all electrical wiring and voltages. Checked the indoor coils and inspected the drain pans . The condensate drains on all units were water tested and cleared. Inspected the condensate pump on the main system. Checked all the blower operations and amps. Inspected the outdoor unit coils and inspected the wiring connections and voltages for all units . Tested the pressures by using superheat and subcool methods and checked the amps for the compressor in the fan motors on all units . Checked the indoor cooling temps at the supplies and returns for both systems . Both AC units are working fine at this time of service . Checked the AC side of the system on an 6 month check . Checked the air filter and found good . Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. C

Removed existing compressor. Brazed in new compressor and leak tested with nitrogen. Vacuumed down system bellow 500 microns and charge up system with r-410a ( provided by riverworks). Tested operations . Supply 49 low side pressure 120.

Performed a/c tune up on carrier inverter heat pump system. 16x20x1 air filter ok. Checked all electrical conections and components low and high ok. Test ez trap ok. Checked temperature split. Checked refrigerant pressures (modulation) and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Inspect indoor coils no sign of dye. Heat pump is running normal numbers.

Fully assessed no cooling situation. Gave magic pak , package gas/ a/c system a call for cooling. (Wayne just installed new capacitor). Found compressor humming and trying to start but not starting. Installed ssp6 ( Wayne provided). Compressor still didn’t start. Smacked on compressor with adjustable wrench, compressor still didn’t start. Compressor has mechanically failed. Called our office and got pricing and availability of compressor.

Fully assessed gas furnace. Gave gas furnace a call for heat found burners not lighting the entire way across. Cleaned burners. Now furnace is lighting the entire way across. Checked gas pressure at the manifold it was 3.7 w.c. . Performed combustion test. Package gas furnace is working properly at time of service.

Checked the AC side of the system . Checked the air filter and replaced, supplied by the Checked the wiring connections and the voltages on high volt and low volt. Inspected the indoor coil and flushed and tested the drain line. Checked the blower condition and inspected the blower amps and tested for static pressure. . Went to the outdoor unit and Checked and tested the pressures by using superheat and sub cooling methods. Checked the amps for the compressor and the fan motor and checked the indoor cooling temps at the supply and return. The AC system is working fine at this time of service.

Replaced 75 Gallon LP Water Heater. Installed new shut-off ball valve, expansion tank, drain pan, and water alarm. Cleaned work area, Job is complete.

Arrived to Donna‘s house for no hot water. I found the pilot was out on her hot water heater LP gas water heater is 12 years old. I had recommended her to replace it. She agreed , I quoted her pricing and she paid for half plus the diagnostic fee she is scheduled tomorrow for new water heater installation. Total collected for today is 2364.50 paid by check. Balance is. 2280.00 when completed .

Upon arrival, I performed maintenance on AC system. Changed 16×25×4 air filter. inspected blower assembly and electrical connections. inspected evaporator coil and drain pan. Cleared and tested drain line. Cycled system in cooling. Checked static pressure and temperature differentials. Proceeded to outdoor unit. Inspected outdoor coil and condenser fan. Inspected electrical connections and components on an outdoor unit. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. System is operating appropriately at this time supplying an appropriate temperature drop. Collected payment for 4 inch air filter.

Performed quality assurance on system. Adjusted settings on thermostat. Cycled heat pump heating, back up heating and heat pump cooling. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Inspected electrical connections and components. Tested drain line. System is operating appropriately at this time supplying good temperature differentials.
